David received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Boston Architectural College and is licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, and New Jersey. He is a member of American Institute of Architects (AIA) and has over 30 years of experience in both residential and commercial design.
He has served as chairman of the Reading Historical Commission, Reading Town Meeting member and on the St. Athanasius Church Building Committee.
David has been an active member of Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston (BRAGB) for over 25 years. In the fall of 2016, David had been elected to serve as Secretary on the Executive Committee. Since 2008, he has been co-chair of the 50+ New England Housing Council and past Director of the Builders Association of Greater Boston.
Since 2011, David has served on the National Association of Home Builders Design Committee, a national committee which promotes design awareness and education for its members and currently serving on the National 50+ Board of Trustees.
As principal of O’Sullivan Architects for the past 15 years, David and his team have consistently won awards for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The Brookline Preservation Commission honored David for the preservation and rehabilitation of 63-67 Harvard Avenue; a National Register of Historic Places which also won a National Design Award. The project was a complete rehabilitation with sensitive additions to a residence and two carriage houses.
When David is not at the office, he enjoys spending time in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire doing outdoor activities with his family and dogs. He is enthusiastic about rebuilding projects around his home, always a work in progress.
Jane has been assisting builders, developers and 55+ industry professionals nationally and internationally to Rethink, Retool and Refine their strategies and product for nearly 3 decades. She has provided guidance to public and private builders and developers specializing in the powerful niche 55+ market. Jane has provided concept refinement; product development incorporating better living design principles; marketing & sales positioning; top and mid-level management coaching; and sales training and coaching services to active lifestyle communities, independent and service enriched senior apartment communities.
Jane is an author of numerous industry articles published locally, regionally, nationally and internationally. She has been a subject matter expert and content provider for industry publications and course content for certification programs. In addition, Jane has earned prestigious industry designations from NAHB, including:
• Masters in Residential Marketing (MIRM)
• Certified Active Adult Specialist in Housing (CAASH) Certified Instructor for all 4 CAASH Courses
• Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS, I, II, III) Certified Instructor for all 3 CAPS Courses
• Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
• Certified Professional Driving Forces Analyst (CPDFA)
• Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA)
Jane has earned numerous awards personally and hundreds of awards for her clients during her career from the local to national to international levels for her guidance in the active lifestyle and seniors housing industry. She is a regular educator/speaker at industry events nationally and internationally.
Jane is active in numerous industry organizations nationally. Her appointments include Trustee of the National 55+ Housing Industry Resource Council, National Association of Home Builders’ Association, Washington DC and Co-Chair for the Massachusetts 55+ Housing Council, Boston, Massachusetts.
